Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation started from a humble beginning. From 80 students and ten faculty, the institution was born in 1977. Dr. Abundio P. Palencia, Sr., a visionary and dreamer, founded this institution for he saw the need of opening a school in Camarines Norte, specifically a school of midwifery.
Through the years, the school that started with only midwifery continuously grew. New courses were opened providing more opportunities to Bicolano youth. It had made its name known not only in Camarines Norte but also to nearby provinces.
The past is already history; it made this institution what it is now. What you're seeing right now is the beauty of OLLCF at present and not the past.
Dedicated in the pursuit of Knowledge, Truth and Wisdom through the efficient teaching staff and guidance of the Divine Providence for the total development and formation of the Filipino Youth.
