Mission

Into the next era of service to the youth, we envision OLLCF as a community of scholars more actively involved in the pursuit and advancement of knowledge in all its dimensions. As an end in itself and as a tool for personal, community, and national development, OLLCF shall help preserve and develop Filipino culture and values. We shall assist in nurturing the youth to their fullest potential by training them to think critically and creatively, to act positively, and to contribute to the development of a wholesome family, a strong community, and a better society.

Vision

OLLCF’s mission is to provide, through the dynamic interaction of teachers, learners, and the community, a wider range of opportunities for the attainment of a better quality of life for its constituents..

This shall be accomplished by:

• Emphasizing the acquisition of functional knowledge and skills to make students productive members of society.
• Encouraging the development of skilled professionals who will provide leadership in various disciplines.
• Sustaining the pursuit of knowledge by discovering, processing, documenting, transmitting, and disseminating information in all its forms and dimensions.

To these ends, Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation shall:

• Develop a teaching and learning environment that is conducive to inquiry and independent thought.
• Empower its constituents for responsible and functional leadership in the quest for economic progress and the equitable distribution of national wealth.
• Contribute to the appreciation of the historical and cultural heritage of the Filipinos and the human race.
• Develop a teaching and learning environment that is conducive to inquiry and independent thought.
• Be actively involved in the molding of a national identity, the formation of a national purpose, and the attainment of unity among Filipinos.
