This manual serves as the comprehensive guide for all students of Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation (OLLCF). It contains the core mission, vision, values, as well as the official policies, rules, and regulations governing student life, academic standing, and conduct.

1.0 Vision, Mission, and Core Values

A reiteration of the institutional vision and mission to guide student behavior and academic goals.

1.1 Student Rights and Responsibilities

Detailing the inherent rights of an OLLCF student, including academic freedom and due process, balanced by the responsibilities to the community.

1.2 Organizational Structure

An overview of the OLLCF administration, from the Board of Trustees down to the respective College Deans.

Section II: Academic Policies

2.0 Admissions and Registration

Covers entrance requirements, medical clearances, cross-enrollment, and official registration procedures.

2.1 Grading System and Evaluation
  • Policies on lecture and laboratory grading components.
  • Rules on incomplete marks and dropping of courses.
  • Guidelines for shifting courses or programs.
2.2 Attendance and Punctuality

The maximum number of absences allowed per course and procedures for official leave of absence (LOA).
