Admission Requirements

This section outlines the specific documents required for different types of applicants seeking admission to Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation (OLLCF). Please ensure you have all the necessary documents for a smooth enrollment process.

A. Incoming Freshman

1. For Grade 12 / High School Completers:

• Grade 12 Report Card (School Form 9) or Form 138
• PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate

2. For ALS / PEPT Passers:

• ALS / PEPT Certificate of Rating or Diploma
• PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate

3. The True Copy of Grades (TCG) or Transcript of Records (TOR) will be evaluated, especially for core, cognate, major, and professional courses in programs that require a specific grade or General Weighted Average (GWA), particularly those for board examinations.

4. The No student is allowed to enroll in two degree programs simultaneously within the same term or semester.

5. Students who discontinue their current degree program and transfer to another are subject to the college’s shifting policy. All academic and financial requirements from the previous program must be settled before shifting.

5. All students must follow the admission requirements set by their respective colleges.

B. Transferees

1. Transfer Credential

2. True Copy of Grades (TCG) or Official Transcript of Records (TOR).

3. PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate.

4. Appraisal Exam Result from the OLLCF Guidance Office.

C. Returning Students

1. (For students who have stopped for one or more terms).

2. Account Clearance Slip.
